The staff, especially Marian and Robyn, were super friendly and knew their stuff, helping me track down exactly what I needed. They ensured I was happy with my purchase and even assisted with a swap and a temporary sofa, which was super handy. The store had an impressive range of furniture, and I found the ideal piece for my place. I totally recommend this furniture shop to anyone in search of excellent service and a solid selection.

Super happy with our new couch. The purchasing experience was a breeze, custom-made right at the factory. Delivery was right on time, and the crew set everything up in our living room—it looks fantastic. So cozy! I’ll definitely return soon for some chairs!

From the get-go, my time with Camerich was fantastic. I was in the midst of decorating my apartment and got help from Anna-Mariya Dilova. She was really attentive and ensured I was satisfied with each piece I bought. Even when I had second thoughts about a couple of items, swapping them out after delivery went off without a hitch, and I ended up adoring everything I got.

Completely dissatisfied. Back in November, we put down a 50 percent deposit after finalizing our cover selection. After sending three emails, we’ve now been informed that the cover we picked isn’t available. We’ve been following up for guidance, but there’s been no response. All we want is a refund.

The support team is really nice and they swapped out the sofa for me once. Still, I gotta say, the quality just isn’t cutting it. Usually, you’d expect a seat base to be made from some bouncy foam that pops back into shape. But with these Camerich 2-seater sofas, the seat is made from a type of foam wrapped in feathers. It doesn’t have that springy feel, and the fabric gets loose, losing its form and starting to look all baggy with folds and lines. I turned down the first sofa because of this issue and was given another model that Camerich claimed was sturdier. I waited four months for the new one to be crafted. Unfortunately, it has the same exact issue and isn’t any better. Now, I’m thinking of saving up again and selling the sofa on eBay. I don’t even sit on it anymore since it loses its shape and the fabric gets all wrinkled, making my room look a bit shabby. I wouldn’t suggest these sofas. In my view, the design and materials just aren’t right. Keeping the sofa’s shape is really important to me.

I had a great time being helped by Sharon and Anna at the Kings Rd location. The level of patience they displayed was truly impressive. I think I dropped by the store three times before finally making a purchase. They never pressured me at all. Both were really supportive and made everything a breeze. Definitely worth checking out, and I highly suggest it. The furniture is quite lovely too.

I was looking at West Elm, but after factoring in delivery costs and realizing they were on sale, Camerich ended up being cheaper. Plus, the delivery for a stock item was way faster. I reached out to Rihannon in customer service, and she was super quick to provide me with quotes. The delivery went off without a hitch, so I'm all set. I'm really pleased with my couch, though I do wish the matching ottoman didn't cost so much!

If you're after a solid product along with excellent service, these folks are the ones to go with. I just moved into a new place and grabbed a bunch of items. After settling in, I had several queries regarding my order. Every question I had was handled quickly and in a really professional way. The delivery crew was super professional, hardworking, and had a great sense of humor while setting up my stuff. Overall, it was a really good experience from the moment I placed my order to when I finally got my goods. Definitely would recommend!
